History

Established in 1983, Oak Tree Realtors has been family owned and operated since its inception. In 1988, seeing a demand for competent personalized property management services, Oak Tree expanded into that field, in addition to continue to offer expertise in the field of Real Estate Sales and Listing.

Today Oak Tree manages over 600 single-family homes, duplex, and apartment units. We are proud to offer a majority of the finest rental properties in the Rogue Valley. Our family-owned and operated office is dedicated to the goal of providing the best and most thorough professional service possible.

Our Staff

Our General Manager is Tim McCullough, who is the primary owner liaison and is also involved in real estate sales and listings. Office Manager Sarah Johnston oversees general office operation and handles Owner and Tenant inquiries. Our Staff assures that rental applications are processed swiftly and thoroughly to minimize vacancy time. Our Maintenance Department utilizes a number of competent repair and cleaning personnel to allow us to provide the most reasonably priced and efficient services. Staff members schedule routine monthly property drive-by inspections, regular comprehensive interior inspections of all properties, and personally evaluate repair situations to attempt to save our owners expensive service calls whenever possible.
